State Band Honors

North Harrison band members had a great day at the MSHSAA State Solo/Ensemble Festival last Saturday. The following events earned the highest honor of Gold: Kendall Kimbrough-tuba solo, Brass Four-Kendall Kimbrough, Dillon Harstschen, Kyler Kimbrough, and Andi Nail, and the Woodwind Trio-Katie Briggs, Rhea Estrada, and Trendi Johnson. Silver Awards went to Katie Briggs-Alto Sax solo, and the Clarinet 6-Rhea Estrada, Lily Owens, Annabelle Owens, Adi Milligan, Ashlin Bomar, and Natalie Parkhurst. Bronze award went to Rhea Estrada for her clarinet solo.
