Greetings from Superintendent Dr. Todd Willhite
I would like to welcome each of you to the 2017-2018 school year at North Harrison R-III. My name is Dr. Todd Willhite and not only is 2017-2018 the start of a new year school year for you, it is a new start for me as well.
I am thrilled to be joining the North Harrison family and serving as your superintendent. This is my twenty-fifth year in education, eighteenth as an administrator and thirteenth as a superintendent. It is an exciting time as summer winds down and the start of another school year draws near. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you who make North Harrison so great!
The first day for students is Wednesday, August 23. When students return to school, they will be returning to a building with new windows and a new heating and cooling system. The school is looking good and once the air conditioning starts running, it should feel good too! Thanks to Dan and Becky for all their patience and work while construction crews altered their typical summer routine.
The North Harrison Board of Education, faculty, and staff are committed to providing the best possible educational experience for each student. We invite the students, parents, guardians, families, and community members to join us as we serve our students. 2017-2018 is going to be a great year.
Go Shamrocks!
