Notice is hereby given to those persons residing within the North Harrison R-III School District of Harrison County, Missouri (the "District") that a public hearing will be held on April 19, 2017, commencing at 6:30 PM in the Library for the purpose of considering a capital facilities lease financing to provide funds for the completion of heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system upgrades; a new roof and gutter system; the replacement of windows; and to the extent funds are available, completion of other remodeling and repair improvements to existing facilities of the District, pursuant to Section 177.088, Revised Statues of Missouri, as amended.
