Friday: The baseball boys will have a home game against East Harrison at 5:00. Mrs Morgan is signed up for gate duty.
The varsity track kids will have a meet at Putnam. The will leave at 1:50. Meet begins at 3:30.
Juniors will be helping set up for prom on Friday during the day. They are not to help if they have any missing assignments. Please let Mr. Koch know if you have any.
Saturday: Prom
Monday: The junior high track team will have a meet at South Harrison. They will leave at 3:00, meet starts at 3:30.
The baseball and golf team will have team pictures after school
The band kids will be gone in the morning to Saint Joe. Kids need to be here by 6:00am to load. Bus will depart at 6:15.
Tuesday: The baseball boys will have a game at Albany beginning at 5:00. Bus will depart at 3:00
Wednesday: The baseball team will have a home game against Putnam County beginning at 4:30. Brandon Craig will be the gatekeeper. We will honor the senior s and their parents following the varsity game.
Thursday: Coach Hawkins will be here to meet and visit with football players at 8:00am in Coach Brandt’s room on Wednesday, April 14
The golf team will have a meet at Plattsburg all day
The Varsity track kids will have a meet at Trenton. They will depart at 2:15.
The Junior High track kids will have a meet at Stanberry. They will depart at 2:15.
Seniors-I will need a copy of your senior picture to go into the Bethany Republican Clipper by April 9. This can be a hard copy of a digital copy. Digitals can be emailed directly to me.
The Harrison County Community Hospital is offering their Health Careers Bootcamp JULY 19-23 from 8:00-4:30 daily. Students who are selected will job shadow in the laboratory, nursing, physical/occupational/speech therapies, radiology, and respiratory therapy. They will serve breakfast and lunch each day. Students who complete the entire week will also receive a $100 stipend.
This is an outstanding opportunity for our sophomores and juniors who are interested in the health care field, and Mrs. Smith encourages you to apply. The application deadline is April 23 at 5:00. Please do not wait until the last minute to apply as there is a short essay and she will have to write a letter of recommendation for each applicant.
