The Foods & Nutrition class is learning about minerals this week. So they made foods with great minerals in them: Zucchini Rollatini, Honey Glazed Carrots, Buffalo Baby Potatoes, and Garlic Roasted Asparagus.
Jayliegh and Ashlin missed class today but helped with prep yesterday, Day 1, of the Lab. Most labs run 2 class periods due to lack of time. And we save some for them. All was TASTY!
