Career, Family & Leadership Class

Here are just three students from the Career, Family, Leadership Class. We are now into the food units. We have been studying the Milk, Eggs, & Cheese Units.

I like letting the kids pick out some of the lab dishes and it is always exciting to try an "off the wall dish." THIS is definitely off the wall. It is not your ordinary fudge because it is made with CHEESE! And, it's good.

The other students made Texas Tornadoes, and a Cheese Pasta. They dug in before pictures could be takes. I gave them orders today that I better get some good pictures of them next time. I think they're camera shy.
