Bobby, Cameron, and Maria will be out today. They are representing our FFA Chapter at the Missouri Farm Bureau Leadership Day in Jefferson City.
Today there is a junior high track meet at Worth County starting at 3:30. Bus will depart at 2:45.
North Central Career Center Awards Day will be held on Thursday, April 27 from 12:00-12:45.
The baseball game at Southwest Ludlow, scheduled for today, has been cancelled.
Payton will be on a job shadow with Smithfield foods today.
Briley will be at student orientation at NCMC tomorrow.
Friday there will be a Varsity track meet at South Harrison starting at 3:30.
Two week grade check is this Friday. Please have all grades imported by Monday at 3:30 for placement on lists.
We will have several kids gone for State Solo and Ensemble contest in Columbia on Friday. Those attending are Emily, Kelly, Audry, Hannah, Rainey, Lola, Emma, Addie, Hunter, Mardee, Olivia, Preston, Collin B, Gavin, and Connor.
The baseball boys will be playing in a tournament on Saturday at Maryville. Their first game will be at noon. The losers of the first two games will play at 2:00. The winners of the first two games will play at 4:00.
There is a sign up sheet on the cafeteria bulletin board for cheer tryouts. If you plan on trying out, please sign up by Wednesday, April 26. Practices will be May 1st, 3rd, and 4th. Tryouts will be held Saturday, May 6 at 4:00
The National Honor Society induction will be held Monday, May 1st at 7:00pm. Teachers please get your forms back to Mr. Mecca as soon as possible.
The track kids did amazing yesterday. Our one man Jr. High girls team came in 4th overall. Way to go Emma. Emma came in 2nd in the 200 meter, 1st in high jump, 2nd in shot put, 1st in discus.
The Junior High boys came in 1st overall. The Varsity girls came in 1st overall, with boys in 2nd.
