The FCCLA will have a kickoff party on Sept 9, 2010. Our evening will begin with a community scavenger hunt. There will be three teams looking for items to bring back to school. There will be an adult with each team. Those adults are: Kathy Richardson, Keith Wharton, and myself. They will also have papers showing what they are doing. When students knock on your door, please don't be alarmed. We appreciate you helping the students obtain the objects on their list. After the scavenger hunt the students will return to school for a cookout.
Thanks for supporting FCCLA

North Harrison FCCLA is selling high quality trash bags. We have 3 sizes: 18 gallon, 39 gallon, and a 60 gallon shop bag. Each roll is $10.00. We will be selling them at all home games this year: softball, junior high and varsity basketball. If you will not be at the games and would like to order trash bags, please call the school at 660-867-5221 and speak with Mrs. Adcock. By purchasing these trashbags you are helping young members attend leadership activities such as regional, state, and national meetings. Your support is greatly appreciated. |

The Art department is still collecting plastic lids of all kinds and sizes. Anything will work, (water bottles, pop bottles, detergent, yogurt, anything as long as it is plastic). We have had lots of awesome donations but this mural project will take A LOT of lids. Thanks so much for supporting our creative kids. Jan Polley |

It’s time for another great year at NH. I hope your summer was full of good times and lots of exercise. The miniature Sham-dome will be rocking with lots of new ideas to get kids excited about a healthy lifestyle. As always the PE store will be open for business, for grades Kindergarten through third. If you are cleaning out a closet and have treasures to part with, the PE store would be happy to take it off your hands. I am looking forward to a positive and successful year. Are you proud to be a SHAMROCK? Yes I am!!!! |
