Thank you to the Lady Shamrocks and Shamrocks for an exciting season! The Lady's finished 14-13; while the Shamrocks were a fantastic 21-7! Thanks to the teams, coaches, managers, cheerleaders and fans for a great experience! Congratulations to those selected to the All-Conference Basketball Teams --First Team Selection Rachel Thomsen, Unanimous Selection Ryan Cox, Honorable Mention Selections Tanner Bowen, Aaron Thomsen, and Morgan Hallock! The 2010-11 seasons starts TODAY!

Help the Shamrocks bring home the HDC All-Activities Plaque...it's a huge battle with Newtown-Harris. We need fast, strong, enduring, and breathing people for the varsity track teams!

Seniors: The Williford scholarship is due to Mrs. Richardson March 12th. One North Harrison Senior will be awarded a $1000 scholarship.

 

The FFA will have a quick meeting today at the beginning of 3rd hour.

Sham-apalooza II is TODAY! Depart at 11:30am; return at 3pm.

All students going to Shamapalooza today will eat FIRST LUNCH shift. This includes middle school students. Those not going will eat second lunch – this includes high school students. Shamapalooza students: please plan to load the bus as soon as you are finished eating. High school students who have Mrs. Kimbrough, Mrs. Jackson, or Mrs. Percell should report to Mr. Hott’s classroom. Middle schools students should report to their regularly scheduled classrooms for period 4-7.

Today will be the 2010-2011 Area II and State FFA Officer Interviews at Gallatin, 4:30pm. Sadie will compete for an Area office. Bugs and Chickens will ride along to attend a workshop.

 

National Honor Society meeting tomorrow during second lunch shift in the library.

Tomorrow we will dismiss at 12:47. Teachers will be available for Parent Conferences, 3-7pm. Grade cards may be picked up at this time.

The Junior Class Parents will meet tomorrow at 7pm in the cafeteria. All juniors and their parents are encouraged to attend.

School will NOT be in session on Friday, March 12!

The Board of Education meeting has been changed to FRIDAY meeting at 7pm. Reps will be Mrs. Hartschen, Mrs. Percell, and Mrs. Fletchall.

 

National Honor Society Formal Induction of New Members & Installation of New Officers will be Monday, March 15 at 7:00 pm in the cafeteria. Family and friends are invited to attend.

Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy careers are featured at the next AHEC workshop on Monday, March 15 at the hospital in Albany from 6 - 8 pm. Speak with Ms. Craig to register. Transportation will not be provided.

Lunch today--chili or ham and beans, cornbread, carrots and celery with dip, cinnamon apple slices

Breakfast tomorrow: sausage and cheese on toast

Lunch tomorrow: barbecue turkey on bun, french fries, peaches, gingerbread
